Town of Discovery Bay

The Town of Discovery Bay is a community services district serving the town of Discovery Bay, California. Comprised of three employees, the district is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the town, including providing water and sewer services, managing landscaping, and overseeing recreational activities. The Town of Discovery Bay Community Services District advises Contra Costa County on matters related to police and fire services, residential and commercial development, and other key community issues. The district's five-member board, elected by the public, makes decisions on behalf of the residents and business owners of Discovery Bay. The CSD Board holds regular public meetings on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 PM in the Community Center at 1601 Discovery Bay Blvd. These meetings are open to all residents and business owners, who are encouraged to participate in shaping the future of Discovery Bay.
