Touchstone Gallery

Touchstone Gallery is a member-owned and managed art gallery located in Washington, DC. Founded in 1976, the gallery occupies a custom-built space at 901 New York Avenue NW. Touchstone Gallery employs 17 individuals and generates approximately $2.5 million in annual revenue. Touchstone Gallery showcases diverse contemporary art exhibitions, featuring artists from the DC region, across the nation, and internationally. Their mission centers around enriching the community through art, promoting artistic talent, and fostering the growth of their 50 member artists. Recognized for its contributions to the arts community, Touchstone Gallery has been named "Best of DC" by Washington City Paper readers multiple times and received letters of recognition from D.C.
