To Be Worldwide Foundation is a non-profit organization based in the United States with a mission to empower children in Ghana. Founded in 2002, the foundation has grown to a team of three employees and generates annual revenue of $2.5 million. To Be Worldwide's primary focus is on building and operating educational resource centers in Ghana. These centers complement existing public schools by providing libraries, computer labs with e-learning materials, and after-school activities designed to foster creativity and technological skills. The centers collaborate with local schools to offer courses during school hours and provide a range of enrichment programs outside of regular school hours. The foundation has partnered with several key organizations to extend its reach, including Unicef Ghana, the European Union in Ghana, and various philanthropic foundations such as Fondation Les Paquerettes, Net4kids Aid Foundation, and the Turing Foundation. Through these collaborations, To Be Worldwide has positively impacted over 3000 children in Ghana.
