Three Rivers Adoption Council

Three Rivers Adoption Council, also known as TRAC Services for Families, is a non-profit organization based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With 14 employees, TRAC has been serving the state of Pennsylvania since 1979. TRAC provides a wide range of services for adoption, including information, referral services, support, and education. They specialize in connecting children awaiting permanency with resource families. TRAC focuses on serving children from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who are African American, older, part of sibling groups, or have emotional, physical, or mental disabilities. Founded by adoptive parents and professionals, TRAC operates as a United Way Agency.
