The Workforce Collaborative (TWC) is a small professional services organization based in Oakland, California. With a team of three employees, TWC generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. TWC partners with a diverse range of stakeholders, including employers, community colleges, labor organizations, and community-based groups, to deliver a comprehensive suite of career development services.
