The Valatie Free Library

The Valatie Free Library Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing library services to the Valatie, New York community. Founded in 1931 and chartered in 1948, the association operates under the guidance of a seven-member Board of Trustees. The library employs four staff members, including a Library Director, Assistant Director, Librarian, and Library Assistant. The Valatie Free Library offers a wide range of resources to its patrons, including books, magazines, newspapers, and access to online databases. Membership is open to all individuals over the age of 16 and allows participation in Association meetings.
