The Saklan School

The Saklan School is an independent school located in Moraga, California. It is a Preschool through 8th Grade institution with a staff of 13 employees. The Saklan School provides a well-rounded education with classes in Foreign Language, Music, Science, Physical Education, and Art offered at every grade level. In addition, the school's curriculum integrates public speaking, leadership skills, experiential learning, and teamwork. Summer@Saklan, a summer camp program for ages 3-11, is also offered. The school prides itself on small class sizes with one class per grade level. Saklan's mission is to challenge students to THINK creatively, ACT compassionately, and LIVE courageously. The Saklan School is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Bus transportation is available to students.
