The Post Oak School

The Post Oak School is an independent, non-profit corporation located in Bellaire, Texas. Established in 1963, the school serves students from 14 months through high school, boasting a student enrollment of over 500. Employing 95 faculty and staff, the institution has grown to become one of the oldest Montessori schools in the United States. Post Oak School offers a comprehensive Montessori education rooted in AMI heritage, fully accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest (ISAS) and, at the high school level, by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).
