The New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows

The New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows is a small, professional development program based in New York City. Employing five people, the organization generates an estimated $2.5 million in annual revenue. Leadership Fellows New York provides a platform for mid-career nonprofit practitioners in the metropolitan New York City region to enhance their leadership skills. The program fosters a diverse and inclusive community of nonprofit leaders who are dedicated to advancing social justice missions. Established in 2015, the fellowship is a collaboration between The New York Community Trust, the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College, and its Center for Nonprofit Strategy and Management.
