The Mentor Connector

The Mentor Connector is a non-profit organization located in Rutland, Vermont. With three employees, this small organization focuses on providing high-quality mentoring relationships for youth within Rutland County. The Mentor Connector offers community-based mentoring programs designed to serve youth aged 5 to 21. They work to connect screened and highly trained mentors with young people, providing guidance, support, and a sense of value. Currently, the organization empowers 103 youth through their mentoring programs. Beyond individual mentoring, The Mentor Connector plays a vital role in supporting the wider community. They have mentored over 1,000 youth since its founding and have collaborated with hundreds of local businesses and organizations to foster a culture of mentoring.
