The Lincoln Academy of Illinois

The Lincoln Academy of Illinois is a small, not-for-profit organization based in Springfield, Illinois. The Academy is governed by a Board of Regents and a membership of General Trustees, with the Governor of the State serving as its President. The Lincoln Academy of Illinois is dedicated to recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions to the betterment of humanity, either within the State of Illinois or on its behalf. These contributions may be in various fields and encompass achievements that bring honor to the state. Additionally, the Academy honors exceptional senior students from Illinois' four-year universities and community colleges for their overall excellence in both academics and extracurricular activities.
