The Charleston Real Estate Investors Association

The Charleston Real Estate Investors Association is a non-profit organization based in Charleston, South Carolina. With a staff size of 5 to 9 employees, Charleston REIA is dedicated to providing resources and support to real estate investors of all experience levels. The association offers a variety of educational programs, networking opportunities, and subgroup meetings to help members learn, grow, and succeed in their real estate investing endeavors. These include bi-monthly educational meetings, subgroup meetings, and other events, encompassing topics such as Mastermind meetings, Cash Flow 101, and the Night Owl Social. Charleston REIA hosts open meetings on the first Thursday of each month at the North Charleston Inn, welcoming guests to join their community. These meetings feature registration starting at 5:30 PM with the main meeting promptly beginning at 6 PM and concluding by 8 PM.
