Texas International Law Journal

The Texas International Law Journal is a student-run organization based in Austin, Texas. Consisting of six employees, the Journal is dedicated to publishing leading scholarship in international legal, theoretical, and policy analysis. The Journal publishes academic articles, essays, and student notes focused on public and private international law, international legal theory, the law of international organizations, comparative and foreign law, and domestic laws with significant international implications. Their mission is to provide groundbreaking articles that are valuable to both practitioners and scholars in the field. The Texas International Law Journal has cultivated a reputation for excellence, receiving over six hundred unsolicited manuscripts annually and maintaining a rigorous selection process. This has contributed to the Journal developing one of the largest student-published subscription circulations among international law journals in the United States. The Journal's subscriber base is extensive, encompassing law schools, government entities, law firms, corporations, embassies, international organizations, and individuals across the United States and numerous countries. Their editorial board and staff consist of full-time J.D. and LL.M. students who ensure a refined and organized editing process.
