Temple Sinai

Temple Sinai is a congregation located in Oakland, California. Founded in 1875 as the First Hebrew Congregation of Oakland, it is the oldest synagogue in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. With approximately 1,000 households, Temple Sinai offers a balance of dynamic services and programming within a close-knit community. Temple Sinai provides a range of services, including religious services led by clergy, educational classes, pastoral counseling, visits to the sick, and lifecycle event officiating.
