Techqueria

Techqueria is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Covina, California. Founded in 2015 and incorporated in 2019, it boasts a team of 28 employees. Techqueria is the largest global community of Latinx professionals in the tech industry in the United States with over 16,000 members and allies. Techqueria empowers Latinx professionals by providing resources and support to help them excel and become leaders in the tech sector. They focus on building Latinx-centered spaces within tech companies and employee resource groups (ERGs). These spaces offer career advice, recruiting opportunities, mentorship programs, and networking events to create a comprehensive impact on the tech industry. The organization caters primarily to Latinx professionals working in product, design, and engineering (PDE). Most members have an average of 5 years of experience and identify as millennials.
