Tax Practitioners Board

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) is a national body based in Australia dedicated to the regulation and registration of tax agents and BAS agents, collectively known as 'tax practitioners'. With 132 employees, the organization is responsible for upholding the standards of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA), including the Code of Professional Conduct.
