The Takoma/Langley Crossroads Development Authority, Inc. (CDA) is a non-profit corporation based in Takoma Park, Maryland. It is comprised of over 150 business owners operating in the area south of the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and University Blvd. Established in 1987, the CDA is Maryland’s largest Commercial District Management Authority, authorized by the City of Takoma Park. The district encompasses over 350,000 square feet of retail, office, and professional space. The CDA's mission is to promote and market the Takoma/Langley commercial area. It works to revitalize, improve, and expand the diverse businesses within the district, encompassing both for-profit and non-profit entities. The CDA aims to create a vibrant and desirable community for residents, workers, and shoppers. The Takoma/Langley Crossroads district offers a wide variety of businesses catering to diverse needs.
