STRENGTh

STRENGTh is a project based in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on enhancing the Social and Emotional competence of career counselors. The project employs five people and generates annual revenue of $2.5 million. STRENGTh aims to investigate and measure the components of Social Intelligence, particularly within the context of career guidance professionals. Recognizing the increasing complexities faced by these professionals in tailoring services to diverse client needs, the project seeks to provide practical solutions for training a new generation of socially aware career guidance professionals. This includes developing innovative methods and tools to enhance practitioner effectiveness and skill development in interpersonal and social intelligence. The project expects to involve 700 guidance practitioners and their supervisors, along with 200 experts and stakeholders in Career Guidance.
