South Florida Water Management District

The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) is a regional government agency headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. As the oldest and largest of the state’s five water management districts, the SFWMD employs 662 people and generates $1 billion in annual revenue. The SFWMD is responsible for managing and protecting water resources across 16 counties stretching from Orlando to the Florida Keys.
