Skinner Leadership Institute

Skinner Leadership Institute is a unique organization based in Washington, District of Columbia. With a team of four employees, the institute focuses on developing leadership skills across various sectors, including business, politics, youth, and clergy. Skinner Leadership Institute's mission is to cultivate a new generation of Christ-centered leaders who excel both spiritually and professionally. They achieve this through coaching, training, and equipping leaders in moral and technical excellence, reconciliation, and empowering economically disadvantaged and spiritually neglected individuals. The institute strives to help these leaders make a positive impact on their communities and the world. The vision of Skinner Leadership Institute was founded by Dr. Barbara Williams-Skinner and her late husband, Tom Skinner. Dr. Williams-Skinner, a lawyer and ordained minister with a Doctorate of Ministry, is the institute's current leader. Her experience as a product of a neglected urban area in California fueled her passion for empowering and uplifting others.
