Signs of HOPE

Signs of Hope (SOH), formerly known as Community Action Against Rape (CAAR), is a non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 1974, SOH is dedicated to supporting victims of sexual abuse and assault, offering a range of services to help them through the immediate aftermath and long-term recovery. With a team of 40 employees, SOH is committed to providing high-quality services to the community. SOH offers a 24-hour hotline, a resource center providing information and services, and support for victims and families navigating the court system. They also operate the Signs of Hope Counseling Center, which provides counseling services for survivors of sexual abuse and assault. In addition, SOH conducts prevention and education programs in schools and local neighborhoods. All services are provided free of charge to victims thanks to the support of grant partners, individual donors, and corporate sponsors.
