School District #81, also known as the Fort Nelson School District, is a public school district located in Fort Nelson, British Columbia. The district has approximately 89 employees and serves a student population of around 640 students. School District #81 provides education services to students in grades Kindergarten through 12. Its schools include two K-4 primary schools, one 5-7 elementary school, one 8-12 high school, and a rural, remote school in Toad River, British Columbia. The district is governed by a five-member Board of Education and is situated in the northeast corner of British Columbia on Treaty 8 territory.
