SCERS

Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS) is a multiple-employer public employee retirement system located in Sacramento, California. SCERS is a retirement system serving government employees. The organization employs 16 individuals and generates approximately $50 million in annual revenue. SCERS provides retirement, disability, and survivors’ benefits to eligible participants. Since 1941, the organization has served the County of Sacramento-Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, and nine Special Districts. The SCERS Board of Retirement holds plenary authority and fiduciary responsibility for the investment of funds and the administration of the System.
