San Mateo County Community College District

San Mateo County Community College District is a public college district located in San Mateo, California. Operating for over a century, the District employs 2,610 people and generates over $1 billion in annual revenue. The District's three colleges, Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College, offer a wide range of educational services to the residents of San Mateo County. Students can pursue Associate in Arts or Science degrees, Certificates of Proficiency, or participate in transfer programs and vocational-technical programs. The colleges serve approximately 45,000 students each year and offer both on-campus and distance education courses, including programs for concurrently enrolled students. The Community Education Program provides noncredit, fee-based short courses. All three colleges are fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
