Rutgers Enactus

Rutgers Enactus is a student-led organization based in Piscataway, New Jersey. As the largest entrepreneurial organization on the Rutgers University campus, it was established in January 2014. With a team of five employees, Rutgers Enactus is driven by the belief that combining business knowledge with a passion for service can create positive change. They strive not only to excel in national competitions but also to make a tangible impact on the New Brunswick community and beyond. Rutgers Enactus focuses on developing and implementing real-world programs that address community needs. Their current projects include "Popcorn for the People," which empowers adults on the autism spectrum through gourmet popcorn production; "Youth Empowerment Services (Y.E.S.)," which supports at-risk youth and adults with professional development; and "Keep It R.E.A.L.," a micro-course teaching sustainable entrepreneurial practices to middle and high school students in New Brunswick. Rutgers Enactus distinguishes itself through its commitment to experiential learning and community engagement. Members have the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to practical projects, network with professionals through competitions and career fairs, and represent the university on national stages.
