Romance Writers of America

Romance Writers of America® (RWA) is a nonprofit organization based in La Vergne, Tennessee. As a trade association, RWA focuses on supporting the professional growth and success of romance writers. With a team of four employees, RWA guides its members towards establishing fulfilling careers in the romance genre. RWA's primary mission is to empower romance writers through networking opportunities, advocacy efforts, and initiatives to raise public awareness of romance literature. The organization strives to create an environment where members can thrive, whether they seek to write full-time or supplement their income through their writing. RWA is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all its members.
