Rice Program Council

Rice Program Council (RPC) is a student-run organization based in West University Place, Texas. The organization consists of eight employees and is dedicated to enriching the lives of Rice University students. RPC organizes a wide variety of events both on and off campus, aiming to foster community and engagement among students. Some of their notable events include Beer Bike, Willy Week, Esperanza, Rondelet, Screw-Yer-Roommate, the President & Dean’s Study Break, Rice Nights at Houston cultural events, the Gingerbread House Building Competition, and Night Bites. RPC stands out for its entirely student-led approach to event planning and execution. This student-driven model allows for a deep understanding of student interests and preferences, ensuring the events cater to the diverse needs and desires of the Rice University community.
