Pure Water for the World

Pure Water for the World, Inc. (PWW) is a non-profit organization based in Rutland, Vermont. Established in 1999, PWW is dedicated to improving lives by providing access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene education. The organization has offices in Honduras and Haiti, with all staff members being native to the countries they serve. PWW employs 49 people and generates revenue of over $10,000 annually. PWW empowers underserved communities in Haiti and Central America with the tools and knowledge necessary to establish sustainable safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs. Their work includes providing workshops and consultations to other NGOs, government agencies, health officials, and educators, focusing on preventing waterborne diseases. Through these efforts, PWW has partnered with over 730 communities, reaching more than 750,000 people. The organization's vision is a world where everyone has access to safe water, proper sanitation, and the knowledge to sustain it for future generations.
