Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine Veterinary Teaching Hospital is a veterinary college located at Purdue University. It is one of only 30 veterinary schools in the United States and the only one in Indiana. The college has a staff of 179 and generates an annual revenue of $500 million. Since 1963, it has graduated over 3,000 veterinarians who practice in all 50 states. The college offers a range of educational opportunities, including Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degrees, associate and bachelor's degrees in veterinary technology, and graduate and postgraduate programs within its three academic departments: Basic Medical Sciences, Veterinary Clinical Sciences, and Comparative Pathobiology. The Veterinary Teaching Hospital provides a variety of services to animals and their owners. The college's Veterinary Teaching Hospital is situated in Lynn Hall, which has been expanded over the years. In addition to Lynn Hall, the college's facilities include the original Veterinary Science Department building, now housing the Department of Comparative Pathobiology, and the Indiana Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory.
