Project SEARCH Arkansas ACCESS Initiative in Partnership with Arkansas Rehabilitation Services

Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative is a small job-training program located in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a staff of three employees. The program focuses on providing a nine-month internship program for young adults with developmental disabilities. Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative offers a unique educational experience designed to equip young adults with the skills necessary to achieve competitive employment. The program features three ten-week rotations within a partnering business, allowing interns to gain practical experience in various roles. This hands-on approach prepares participants for successful transitions into the workforce. Upon completion of the internship program, Project SEARCH Arkansas: ACCESS Initiative provides ongoing support, including assistance with job searching and continued guidance during employment.
