Prime Energy Resources Development B.V. is a privately held company based in the United States. With 63 employees, Prime Energy is a subsidiary of Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc. and operates in the natural gas exploration and development sector. Prime Energy owns a 45% operating interest in Service Contract 38, also known as the Malampaya deep water gas-to-power project. This project supplies 20% of Luzon’s electricity requirements.
