Poly Reps

Poly Reps is a student organization based in San Luis Obispo, California. Comprised of around 40 volunteers from Cal Poly, the group focuses on promoting the university to a wide range of audiences, including prospective students, their families, alumni, donors, and friends. Poly Reps offers a variety of services to support Cal Poly's outreach efforts. Their activities include campus tours, visits to high schools, participation in special events, and the development of leadership and teamwork skills among their members. They operate through six committees: Alumni, Campus Tours, Communications and Publicity, New Member Recruitment, Outreach, and School Visits and Presentations, each managed by elected student leaders. The organization has a strong track record of success, earning recognition at The Council for Advancement and Support of Education - Affiliated Student Advancement Programs (CASE ASAP) conference. Poly Reps has received numerous awards, including Outstanding Organization, Outstanding Internal Program, and Outstanding Student Leader awards.
