Phoenix Community Alliance

Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1983, PCA has grown to employ 14 individuals and generates $14 million in annual revenue. PCA is dedicated to strengthening downtown Phoenix through public-private partnerships and engagement opportunities.
