The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) is a non-profit organization established in 1996 and based in Portland, Oregon. PACCO is a 501 (c)(3) corporation with a team of five employees. PACCO's mission is to support individuals from all backgrounds in their personal and professional endeavors.
