PGA REACH

PGA REACH is a non-profit organization based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. As the charitable foundation of the PGA of America, it employs 6 people and generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. PGA REACH is dedicated to positively impacting lives by providing access to PGA Professionals, the 41 PGA Sections across the United States, and the game of golf itself. The organization focuses on three core pillars: Youth, Military, and Inclusion. PGA Jr. League Golf introduces children ages 13 and under to the sport in a fun, team-based environment. PGA HOPE, an acronym for Helping Our Patriots Everywhere, is a rehabilitative program designed to utilize golf as a tool to enhance the physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being of Veterans with disabilities. PGA WORKS aims to diversify the golf industry workforce by developing a pipeline of talent from diverse backgrounds for key employment positions. This initiative includes programs like PGA WORKS Fellowships, the PGA WORKS Golf Management University Scholarship Program, the PGA WORKS Career Expo, the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship, and career exploration events such as Beyond the Green. PGA REACH is guided by a group of Trustees who provide strategic advice, fundraising support, and program assistance at the national level. These diverse individuals share a passion for the foundation's mission and contribute to its overall direction while serving as ambassadors on multiple levels.
