Pennsylvania Immigration Citizenship Coalition

The Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition (PICC) is a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The organization employs six people and generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. PICC works to advance the rights of immigrants in Pennsylvania through various initiatives.
