Penn Information Systems Computing, also known as ISC, is a central IT organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part of the University of Pennsylvania, ISC is a small company with four employees. ISC provides a wide range of IT services to the University of Pennsylvania community, including core network, data, voice, video, and enterprise application infrastructure and services.
