Pelham Together

Pelham Together, founded in 1997, is a youth-centered, independent nonprofit organization located in Pelham, New York. Employing 5-9 individuals, the organization serves the Pelham community. Pelham Together supports the mental and emotional health and wellness of all youth. Their mission centers around creating a community where young people actively participate in shaping their environment while fostering connections, awareness, and opportunities for holistic well-being. Structured as a coalition, Pelham Together brings together representatives from various sectors, including schools, government, nonprofits, businesses, faith-based organizations, law enforcement, parents, and youth themselves.
