PARCC

The Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, District of Columbia. It is a collaborative effort involving six employees. PARCC develops common assessments for students across the United States. These assessments are designed to measure student readiness for college and careers. The organization works with over 700 higher education institutions and systems to ensure the assessments align with postsecondary expectations. PARCC's mission is to improve student achievement by aligning K-12 education policies with the needs of employers and the postsecondary community.
