PanAfrican Community Association

PanAfrican Community Association is a non-profit organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The association is a small organization with four employees and generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. PACA's mission is to unite people of African descent to uphold and enhance African cultural traditions through education, empowerment, and open communication. They strive to support the needs of the broader Milwaukee community.
