OneTen

OneTen is a coalition based in Washington, District of Columbia. It is a non-profit organization with 98 employees. OneTen works to upskill, hire, and advance one million Black individuals without a four-year degree into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement over the next 10 years. The coalition connects employers with talent partners, leading non-profits, and other skill-credentialing organizations to support the development of diverse talent. Founded by prominent business leaders, including Ken Chenault, Ken Frazier, Charles Phillips, Ginni Rometty, and Kevin Sharer, OneTen aims to change the way companies provide more equitable environments that drive better business outcomes.
