OnBoard Inc

OnBoard Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, dedicated to advancing women in corporate leadership positions. Founded in 1993, OnBoard employs four people and generates an annual revenue of $2.5 million. OnBoard focuses on increasing the number of female directors and executive officers at both public and private companies in Georgia and beyond. They achieve this through a variety of initiatives, including providing resources and support to help women enhance their visibility for board candidacy. OnBoard also connects companies with qualified female candidates for board service, recognizing outstanding achievement through the annual Lettie Pate Whitehead Evans Award and Executive Leadership Honor Roll.
