North Carolina FC Youth, a non-profit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina, provides a wide range of soccer opportunities for youth. Employing over 119 staff members, NCFC Youth serves a vast community of over 16,000 players and their families annually. The organization offers year-round programming encompassing seasonal league play, camps, and tournaments. This extensive network includes over 80 full-time staff, 200 seasonal coaches, and 1,500 volunteer coaches dedicated to delivering high-quality soccer experiences.
