New Neighborhoods Inc

New Neighborhoods Inc. is a 501(C)3 nonprofit housing corporation based in Stamford, Connecticut. Founded in 1967, the organization has grown to employ 29 people and generate $5 million in annual revenue. New Neighborhoods Inc. focuses on creating sustainable communities through various initiatives. They develop, redevelop, and preserve quality housing for low- and moderate-income families, seniors, and formerly homeless individuals. In addition to housing development, they offer property management services and a Tenant Advocate Program (TAP) that connects residents with community resources.
