New Jersey Foundation of Educational Administration

The Foundation for Educational Administration, Inc. (FEA) is a professional learning organization based in Jamesburg, New Jersey. FEA is a division of the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA) and employs 18 people. FEA offers a variety of professional development programs for educational administrators, including workshops, online courses, and conferences. These programs cover a range of topics, such as school law, leadership development, and equity in education. FEA also houses three NJPSA programs: LEGAL ONE, NJEXCEL, and NJ Leaders to Leaders (NJL2L). LEGAL ONE provides school law training for educators, NJEXCEL offers an alternative pathway to supervisor certification, and NJL2L is a mentoring and induction program for new school leaders.
