National Institute of Family and Life Advocates

The National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) is a non-profit organization based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Established in 1993, NIFLA supports pregnancy resource centers (PRCs) nationally with a team of eight employees. NIFLA provides a wide range of services to its approximately 1,200 member PRCs across the United States. These services include legal counsel, education, and training to help PRCs operate effectively and avoid legal issues. NIFLA is known for developing legal guidelines that assist PRCs in transitioning to licensed medical clinics.
