National Disability Rights Network

The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, District of Columbia. NDRN is comprised of 54 employees and generates $13 million in annual revenue. NDRN serves as the membership organization for the Protection and Advocacy (P&A) Systems and Client Assistance Programs (CAP) for individuals with disabilities across the United States. These systems provide legal advocacy services to people with disabilities, making them the largest provider of this type of service in the country. Through training, technical assistance, legal support, and legislative advocacy, NDRN works to create a society where people with disabilities have equal opportunities and can exercise choice and self-determination. They protect individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including cognitive, mental, sensory, and physical disabilities, advocating for their basic rights and ensuring accountability in various sectors such as healthcare, education, employment, housing, transportation, and within the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
