National Association of Consumer Advocates

The National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. The organization has 16 employees. NACA is a nationwide network of over 1,500 attorneys who represent individuals who have been harmed by fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices. NACA attorneys specialize in helping consumers facing issues such as mortgage foreclosure, abusive debt collection, and credit reporting errors. NACA members pledge to prioritize the rights of consumers and will not represent businesses whose interests conflict with those of consumers.
