Napa Valley Transportation Authority NVTA

The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is a Congestion Management Agency based in Napa, California. Established in 1998, NVTA is a joint effort between the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, Napa, St. Helena, the town of Yountville, and the County of Napa. The agency employs 13 people and generates over $10,000 in annual revenue. NVTA serves as the countywide transportation planning agency for Napa County. The agency's responsibilities include overseeing the planning and funding of paratransit services for special needs and disabled riders, as well as the maintenance and improvement of highways, streets, and roads. Additionally, NVTA operates Vine Transit, Napa Valley's bus system.
