My Sister's Closet (MSC) is a non-profit organization based in Bloomington, Indiana. It is a small organization with 7 employees. MSC provides a range of services to at-risk women living in poverty who are seeking employment. These services include career development and life skills training, such as interview assistance, job training, mentoring, and advocacy. In addition, MSC offers professional attire to help women prepare for job interviews and employment. The organization's mission is funded through a variety of avenues. Purchases at their boutique, as well as their eBay and Poshmark stores, contribute to their financial support.
